After three years of meticulous restoration, this house — more than 110 years old — shines once again at its fullest. Its original styles, colors and materials remain intact, with first-rate infrastructure hidden just behind the beautiful finishes.

The heart of the house, the Central Courtyard, experienced the most dramatic update. What was once a wild interior garden is now a brilliant multipurpose terrace and pool. A bespoke tile design frames a modern, sun-drenched pool. A shallow seat lining the length of the pool and custom-controlled lighting make for an accessible and enjoyable experience for all.
A storage room that once held spare parts for the family's haciendas is now one of the main bathrooms for events.
Once home to a variety of plants and fish, they are now two modern jacuzzis for ten people — ideal for hot-and-cold contrast therapy or for social gatherings.
The main corridor was reinterpreted in its original style using modern materials such as Palladium flooring. The goal was to preserve the classic style and original design, letting the material's reflections bring more natural light into the space.
The house has more than 67 doors and windows, each custom-made from Italian cedar. All of them are original — the restoration took a long time, but the result is spectacular.
Built in 1932 for a wedding, the Event Hall needed a full bathroom remodel to become functional again, while always preserving its original character.
