Ticket terms of purchase

Tickets are sold by Manolo Cicero Aranda, an individual, as the person responsible for Casona Cicero, located at Calle 18 x 19 #90, Col. Itzimná, C.P. 97100, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. Contact: info@casonacicero.com · +52 999 125 6448.
What you buy
A digital ticket with a unique QR code, granting entry on the days its type includes (see each event's conditions below). One ticket admits one person.
Price
All prices are in Mexican pesos and are the total price: they include taxes and any fees. No service or order fee is added at checkout. If you pay in interest-free installments (meses sin intereses), the price stays the same.
Payment methods
Payment is processed by Stripe or Mercado Pago, as you choose. Casona Cicero never sees or stores your card details.
- Credit or debit card: the ticket is issued once the payment is approved.
- Up to 3 interest-free monthly installments with participating Mexican-issued credit cards, when the bank and the purchase amount allow it. The option appears at checkout.
- Cash at OXXO: you get a voucher with an expiry date and your spot is held until then. The ticket is issued once OXXO confirms the payment, usually the next business day. If the voucher expires unpaid, the hold is cancelled at no cost to you. OXXO accepts payments of up to MXN 10,000 per voucher.
Confirmation and delivery
Once the payment is confirmed, you receive at the email address you gave us a receipt with your order number, the details of your purchase and your tickets with QR codes, plus a link to a page with your tickets. If it doesn't arrive within 24 hours (check spam), write to us and we'll resend it.
Using your ticket
- The QR code is scanned at the entrance once per day. If two people show the same QR code on the same day, only the first gets in.
- Don't share or post your QR code. You can give your ticket away by forwarding it.
- If you lose the email, we'll resend your tickets to the same purchase address.
- We can only guarantee tickets bought at casonacicero.com or at our entrance. We're not responsible for tickets bought from third parties.
Entry and conduct
For the safety and peace of the event, entry may be refused, or a person asked to leave, if they:
- are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
- carry weapons or dangerous objects;
- try to bring in alcoholic beverages;
- assault another person or damage the artworks or the house.
In those cases there is no refund. Entry is not refused for any other reason.
Photography and video
Photos and video are taken during events for the record and promotion of Casona Cicero and the artists. If you'd rather not appear, tell us at the entrance and we won't publish images in which you can be recognized. We don't publish images in which a minor can be recognized without the consent of the adult accompanying them. More in the privacy policy.
Event changes and cancellation
If the event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly changed from what was announced, the refund policy applies. Casona Cicero honors the program, dates and conditions published at the time of your purchase.
Questions and complaints
Write to info@casonacicero.com with your order number. We reply within 5 business days. You may also contact Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco).
Governing law and acceptance
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, in particular the Federal Consumer Protection Law. The Spanish version prevails.
To pay, you must confirm you've read and accept these terms, the refund policy and the privacy policy. The versions in force at the time of your purchase apply to your order.
Event conditions: Cicero Art House 2026
Casona Cicero, Mérida. Thursday, December 3 to Sunday, December 6, 2026.
- Pre-opening gala, Preferred: MXN 1,199. Central area of the house during the concert. Entry on Thursday 3 (gala) and on Friday 4, Saturday 5 and Sunday 6. 70 available.
- Pre-opening gala, General: MXN 899. Surrounding corridors, a little farther back, with nothing blocking the view. Same entry as Preferred. 40 available.
- All weekend: MXN 250. Friday 4, Saturday 5 and Sunday 6.
- Single-day admission: MXN 100. Only Friday 4, Saturday 5 or Sunday 6, as stated on the ticket.
- Hours: Thursday 3, 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm; Friday 4 and Saturday 5, 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm; Sunday 6, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Adults only on Thursday 3 (gala), Friday 4 and Saturday 5, because alcoholic beverages will be served. A government-issued ID is required at the entrance. If you can't show you're 18 or older, you won't be admitted and there's no refund, since this condition is announced before purchase.
- Sunday 6, family day: minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children 8 and older need a ticket; children under 8 get in free, without a ticket.
- OXXO payment: the voucher must be paid by November 29 for the gala and by December 1 for Friday-to-Sunday admission. After that, card only.
- Limit per transaction: up to 10 gala tickets and up to 20 of each Friday-to-Sunday admission. If you need more, you can make another purchase.
- Door sales: tickets are also sold at the entrance each day, at the same price.
