Though stately in character and undoubtedly grand, Casona Cicero was not restored merely to be viewed. Restored to adapt with ease, each room provides an inspiring setting for a wide range of uses.

Runway Project Vol.1

On April 29, 2026, Casona Cicero hosted the first edition of Runway Project. A string quartet and five dancers from UNAY opened the evening; thirty-two models moved through the mosaic-tiled halls to the Área Central, where a platform built over the pool became the runway.

Seven houses of Mexican design showed their work that night: Macario Jiménez, Pineda Covalín, Lydia Lavín, David Salomón, Alejandro Carlín, PDA, and Víctor Alamos. Haute couture, textile heritage, and contemporary exploration under one roof, at an event benefiting Iniciativa HAZ.

Wellness House

In March 2026, Casona Cicero hosted a daytime wellness retreat: breathing and yoga sessions in the Hall, ice baths in the Garden, and the custom-built jacuzzis for guests to alternate between hot and cold. The day continued with drinks on the veranda around the pool — a glimpse into the modern hosting capabilities of Casona Cicero.
